My sister is an incredible baker. She makes lots of amazing ube desserts (we were both born in the Philippines). She made the most delicious ube white chocolate chip cookies and became all the rage on social media and our family gatherings. As usual, I wanted to let the desserts live on, instead of disappearing in our bellies, so I created this piece.
